Job Description

The Digital Marketing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for the organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. The PM’s responsibility is to shepherd the team, stakeholders, and points of contact (POCs) from initial ideation through to completion. They will coordinate with the Head of Brand & Creative, the creative team, and its processes to deliver projects on time and with the desired outcomes aligned with objectives.

What You Will Do:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Work with the Head of Brand & Creative and predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare timing based on the scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track projects to meet timelines and prevent scope creep
  • Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage outside vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and adjust as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Manages digital projects for Westgate Resorts of varying levels of effort
  • Handle ad-hoc projects related to digital functionality, process management & optimization, training, and the like.
  • Learn industry trends and best practices

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in, marketing, creative, business, or a related field and 3-5 years of project management and related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Some familiarity with HTML/CSS is helpful, but not required
  • Adept at multitasking
