Training Rate: $7.25/ hour for training and then released onto Commission. 25% Commission, Auto Gratuity of 20% (Per Service)

Duties

• Provide consistent professional facial, waxing and nail treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.  
• Understand all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.   
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available, meeting minimum retail sales goals. 
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s established policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 
• Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• TN State Esthetician License.
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with guest.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
