Job Description

The Food & Beverage team is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa to support daily restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and service standards. This on‑site role works with management to create a welcoming dining experience, support team training and scheduling, enforce policies, and help increase sales while reducing service complaints in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. 

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values: Integrity, Passion and Work Ethic.

  • Assist restaurant management with daily food and beverage operations
  • Support high guest satisfaction and service quality standards
  • Create a festive and welcoming dining atmosphere
  • Assist in increasing sales and reducing service complaints
  • Support team member training and onboarding programs
  • Assist with scheduling of service‑related employees
  • Enforce company, department, and grooming policies
  • Participate in the monthly Goals & Measurements Program
  • Participate in Serving and Bartending

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

  • One to two years of restaurant, food and beverage, or guest service experience preferred. Supervisory or lead experience a plus.

  • Strong guest service, communication, organization, and team leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
