As a Front Desk Agent, you are the heart of the guest experience and the first smile guests see when they arrive. You set the tone for every stay by delivering warm welcomes, seamless service, and thoughtful support from check-in to check-out. - Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Issue room keys and provide assistance as needed
- Handle reservations, room availability, guest records, mail, and phone messages with accuracy
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about local dining, transportation, attractions, and activities
- Process payments, post charges to guest accounts, and ensure accurate billing and documentation
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service that enhances the overall guest experience
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to three months of related experience or training preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Experience handling cash, credit card transactions, or point-of-sale systems is helpful
- Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems
- Additional hospitality or customer service training is an advantage
