As a Golf Cart Attendant - Bell Services, you play a vital role in delivering safe, efficient transportation and warm, attentive service to our guests, owners, and sales team. This position blends cart and vehicle operations with guest‑facing hospitality, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and memorable on‑property experiences. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to service directly contribute to guest satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Stage golf carts in designated areas, ensuring readiness for the sales team and guests
- Clean, detail, inspect, and maintain golf carts, luggage carts, and vehicles (seats, body, floors, tires, and wheels)
- Ensure carts are properly returned, inspected for damage, cleared of trash, and plugged in for charging
- Track cart usage by collecting information from team members for accountability
- Wash and detail carts and vehicles as directed by management
- Provide transportation around the property using golf carts, vans, or other resort vehicles while following all safety guidelines
- Greet guests and owners following established service standards
- Escort guests to rooms, assist with luggage, and explain room features and resort amenities
- Load and unload guest belongings with care and respect
- Assist with room shows, tours, and transportation requests for the front office and sales teams
- Deliver and retrieve items such as packages, mail, amenity baskets, and room keys
- Provide guests with local information, shuttle instructions, directions, and taxi assistance
- Assist Bell Services and other departments as needed
- Maintain vehicle accountability and promptly report damages, lost and found items, or safety concerns to leadership and security

What you will bring:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to safely operate golf carts and up to a 15‑passenger van
- Strong communication, hospitality, and guest‑service skills
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with prolonged sun exposure
- Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

- Must pass a background check, drug test, and verify eligibility to work in the United States
