As a vital part of the resort operations team, the Houseperson plays a key role in preparing rooms for cleaning, assisting with inspections after housekeeping and maintenance, and helping maintain our high-quality resort standards.
As a Houseperson, you will:
- Stock housekeeping carts with the right supplies and deliver them to the housekeeping team as directed.
- Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping staff and collect buckets once rooms are finished.
- Collect and dispose of trash and soiled linens from guest units promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare, stock, and clean unit spaces and amenities—including patios, patio furniture, and BBQ areas—while performing light maintenance tasks.
- Support housekeeping staff with various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Take on other duties as assigned to help the team and maintain guest satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the resort's operational needs.
- Valid driver’s license.
