Westgate Resorts is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead business initiatives, operational improvement projects, and data-driven solutions that support organizational goals onsite in Orlando, FL! This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical partners, managing projects from concept through implementation and post-launch support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, business operations, process improvement, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management. What You Will Do:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation review.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure successful execution within established deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate project meetings, presentations, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, operational needs, and technical solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable project plans.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Research operational challenges and recommend process improvements and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop project performance dashboards, KPI tracking tools, and operational reporting solutions.
- Create reports and visualizations that support business decision-making.
- Analyze data trends and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Establish reporting methodologies and key performance indicators that measure project success.
- Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation efforts prior to implementation.
- Support deployment activities and post-launch performance reviews.
- Document workflows, project procedures, user guides, and reporting instructions to support adoption and sustainability.

What You Will Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, business operations, business analysis, process improvement, analytics, or reporting.
- 1+ years of experience working with data analysis, business intelligence, dashboard development, reporting tools, or KPI management.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality, vacation ownership, resorts, call center operations, customer service, travel, or related industries.
- Exposure to operational reporting, performance metrics, workforce management, or customer experience initiatives.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in:
