Join our Food & Beverage team and play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. As a Steward, you'll support our culinary team and help ensure smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations, kitchen areas, and storage rooms.
• Remove trash and recycling while keeping work areas clean and safe.
• Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies for the culinary team.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and food preparation areas as needed.
• Work closely with the culinary team to support efficient kitchen operations.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous steward, dishwasher, or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train motivated candidates.
