Job Summary:
The Telesales Representative plays a vital role in generating qualified leads and driving sales opportunities for the company’s vacation ownership program. This position involves contacting prospective owners by phone to promote tours, explain the program benefits, and schedule appointments for in-person presentations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective owners from provided lead lists.
- Engage prospects in friendly and professional conversations to identify interest in vacation ownership opportunities.
- Educate potential buyers about resort destinations, promotional offers, and the value of timeshare ownership.
- Schedule appointments for tours or presentations.
- Follow up on interested prospects, online inquiries, or referrals to maximize conversion rates.
- Accurately record customer interactions, lead information, and appointment details in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience
- Previous telesales, call center, or hospitality sales experience preferred (timeshare experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or call performance targets.
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills/Knowledge
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software.
- Ability to handle pushback professionally and remain motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
- Goal-oriented with a competitive and positive attitude.
