You are eligible to receive a referral bonus if you:
- Are a current team member.
- Are not in a recruiting or HR job function at the time of application.
- Are not in a Director level or above position.
- Are not the hiring manager or above for the role the candidate is being referred.
- Must be employed for the minimum length of service milestones (30, 90, 180 days) in order for the referral payout to be processed.
- Cannot be a current team member (internal referrals), independent contractors, or candidates who have already been engaged in the recruiting process prior to being referred.
- Yes, there is no limit to the number of candidates that can be referred.
- If all candidate criteria is met, the referral bonus will be paid out through regular payroll on the next appropriate pay period.
