Housekeeper Duties and Responsibilities
Aside from embodying our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic, you can expect the following duties:
- Greet everyone with a friendly disposition during your shifts and while on the property.
- Handle assigned rooms in a timely and organized manner, making sure to regularly check and maintain cleaning equipment while using the correct chemicals.
- Report any damage to your Team Leader while ensuring everything on the premises is clean and well-maintained.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain their confidentiality at all times while adhering to resort standards and procedures.
Housekeeping & Houseperson Runner
When you step into a Housekeeping or Houseperson Runner position at Westgate Resorts, you’re a critical team member from day one.
You’ll be a pro when it comes to attention to detail and customer service, and you can expect the following responsibilities:
- Support our Housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas.
- Deliver the requested items to guests promptly and efficiently in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Stock linen closets and other storage areas while walking the property daily to make sure everything looks clean and welcoming.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Housekeeping Supervisor
