Housekeeping Job Progression

Believe us or not, a career in housekeeping with Westgate Resorts can offer you an inspiring journey filled with growth and flexibility.

You may currently be a Housekeeper, Public Area Attendant, or Laundry Attendant, but it doesn’t stop there. Every day you’ll be working on your knowledge and understanding to help you progress in this career. 

From a Housekeeping Supervisor to a Housekeeping Manager there are plenty of opportunities for development at Westgate Resorts for you to climb the housekeeping ladder!

Well, you could currently be a Bartender, Server, F&B Host/Hostess, or Culinary Assistant. After you learn the ropes and pick up some skills in time management, customer service, communication, and food safety, you can take that even further. 

When you’ve refined your skills and knowledge of these roles as well as taking advantage of our learning and development opportunities, you could find yourself working as a Restaurant Supervisor, a Banquet Supervisor, a Line Cook, or a Chef de Cuisine. 

Corporate careers Within Hospitality

Sales and Marketing job progression

The opportunities in Sales and Marketing really are endless. This department is perfect for those more comfortable with a traditional corporate style, office-based role.
